Masterack is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of commercial grade cargo tools, but their outdated site made it difficult for customers to access the company’s wide array of products. In turn, we designed a fully integrated, customer oriented interface that fulfilled the brand’s service needs.
We understood that Masterack’s customers needed a destination to browse the company’s extensive catalog of custom made vehicle cargo installations. So, we designed an easy-to-use website that featured Masterack’s extensive product line, allowing customers to search by category and vehicle.
Because Masterack's commercial presence is so far-reaching, the site needed to communicate a lot of information—from consumer programs, to order handbooks and catalogues, installation instructions, and warranty guides. To provide balance, we designed a minimalist interface that was cleanly composed, slick, and pared down.
Masterack distributes its products through countless retail providers and store fronts, so we created a custom map feature for the site. After customers found a product that worked for their needs, the “Find a Distributor” tool allowed users to locate the nearest retail seller of Masterack products.
Masterack’s website was built with speed, security, and growth in mind. Built on Craft CMS, the new design made it easy for the client to add and remove products from their inventory page. More, the site was equipped with high security, fast loading speeds, and Google analytics to track performance.
